The Works Cycle is my happiness (and sanity). The moment I walk into our studio I feel home. Safe, loved, accepted, strong, and supported as I am. It's the place where I get to show up as my imperfect self, whip my pony tail, fog up the mirrors, tell stories, cry it out, and laugh at myself in a room full of beautiful hearts and bodies. It's the place where riders become friends, and those friends turn into family.

WHAT'S PLAYING IN YOUR HEADPHONES?

What’s not? I listen to everything (except country, sorry). One moment I’m blasting Illenium the other I’m zening out to Dermot Kennedy.

HOW DID YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE ROOM?

Practically by force. My friend begged me to take a spin class with her back in the day and I finally apprehensively agreed. Little did I know that it would be that “click” of a lifetime, a gravitational pull I hadn’t felt before. The rest was history.

ONE QUOTE OR SONG LYRIC THAT SPEAKS TO YOU.

Tattooed on my body is the word “alignment” after this mantra I live by: Be so committed to doing what’s best for your heart that you are willing to sit through the most uncomfortable change of pain and growth, that you refuse to settle for anything less than complete love and alignment.
