Our signature The Ride 45 with added sculpting. You’ll get all the endurance work, juicy hills and quick sprints you know and love from The Ride 45 but with the added resistance of band work sprinkled in.

This class is all about creating a healthy foundation on the bike. Think marches, runs, hills, a weight rack and less sprints and choreography. Think of this ride as more zone 2 cardio and less intense pushes while still feeling recharged and grounded.

This class shifts the focus from just your lower body to your entire powerhouse! Think arms, abs and all the muscles that keep you upright on the bike and in your life. You'll hit two weight tracks, crank up the oblique burners and wake up that deep core strength.

Flush out with 30 minutes riding on the bike followed by 25 minutes on the mat of sculpty work to leave your body toned and defined. Weights and resistance bands will be provided. Please bring your own mat.
