CARTER FOXWORTH

Carter’s passion for the boutique fitness industry and savvy business sense is the driving force behind The Works Cycle. She brings years of strategic brand marketing and PR experience to the team. Carter played an integral role in developing The Works A Sweat Studio by Sarah Frick brand and continues to serve as the Director of Marketing for the studio. Full of hustle - not a single detail goes unnoticed with Carter at the helm. She believes in a customer centric approach to business, always curating the best possible brand experience in and out of the studio. She’s the brain, the boss lady, the behind the scenes magic maker.

 

THE BODY

KATIE PENTA

Senior Master Instructor, Director of Instructor Development and the creator of The Works Cycle Method. A staple in the Charleston wellness community, Katie brings movement and mindfulness to the team. With almost a decade of teaching experience in the saddle, she leads sweaty, soulful classes inspiring riders to get out of their heads and into their bodies. Katie’s authenticity, natural spark and passion for nurturing and elevating everyone she encounters landed her a well deserved role as a lululemon legacy ambassador. Her energy is infectious and her heart is pure gold, she will leave you with a renewed mind and new found strength.

 
 

THE SOUL

SARAH FRICK

Sarah needs no introduction - she’s the soul, the catalyst for making The Works Cycle more than just physical fitness. With 16+ years of experience in the yoga and wellness industry, she successfully opened and operated two power yoga studios in Charleston, SC for 10 years. In 2018 she began a new chapter, founded in growth and grace, bringing The Works A Sweat Studio by Sarah Frick to the Charleston market. Inspiring others to fight, to feel, to let go, to grow - not only in the studio but in their life off of the mat and out of the saddle. She truly embodies the work because Sarah is The Works.
