I played volleyball my entire life & throughout college. As I transitioned out of college, I found it nearly impossible to find something that gave me the same sense of team, community, and presence as sports did. I chased after that feeling in all the wrong ways for quite some time... it wasn't until I clipped into the bike that I truly found that spark again. When the lights go off, nobody needs you, nobody is asking you to be anything but you in that room. In fact, the true you (messy and energized) is celebrated exactly as you are. I fell in love with being able to move in the way the space allows.
